The hotel was relaxing and absolutely great, and I loved it. The bed was nice and the room overall was well-kept and well decorated. It was in the remote location by Eating Area. Nice place to stay in Tarcoles, if compared to other hotels.

Great facilities, very friendly staff. Instead of the booked standard room we got a family bungalow (without extra charge). The sunset from the pool is unique. Many animals can be observed directly from the facility.

The room was very comfortable and air conditioned, but
I thought the dining options were limited considering the setting. The views from the restaurant deck were fantastic for bird watching, especially with the scarlet macaws around. It was a pleasant stay.

The wildlife here is amazing 🦜 We saw Macaws and Capuchin monkeys up close, magical. The pool could use a bit more attention as it had leaves in it. A lovely stay!

The on-site restaurant wowed me with its homemade muffins and delicious breakfast options while dining in the cozy outdoor area, surrounded by gorgeous macaws.
The language barrier during check-in was a hassle, and I felt a bit taken aback when they charged me for a deposit without giving change. The place needs a refresh to match its potential.
